Sunny

Sunny is an energetic, fiery, impulsive, and earnest young person who loves nothing more than fighting. They live for fights and battles, and have dedicated themself to researching the history of each. They've already made a name for themself in the world of Pokémon battles, having developed numerous well-regarded theories about how battling has impacted human-Pokémon relationships through the centuries. Although in person Sunny can come off as flighty, flirty, and violent, almost all their time is spent on research, and nearly everything they do is in service to study. They typically produce two articles a week, if not more, and these get published in respected journals.

Having a love of battles doesn't mean they're good at them, but Sunny can hold their own. They like fistfighting with people (always consensually) in addition to battling Pokémon, and often become fixated on encountering and fighting strong individuals and Trainers. Win or lose, they remain energetic and cheerful, and take it all as a learning experience.

Dealing with Sunny means being ready to listen to lectures about battling and receiving random challenges--and demands-- to fight in one way or another. Their whole entire life is not devoted to research and fighting, though, and Sunny will often relax by playing video games (of course, they enjoy fighting games), listening to music, and hanging out with friends. They're also into sports, particularly gridiron football.

Although Sunny was originally developed as a Pokémon OC, they can fit in to the main universe for all my other OCs quite easily. If they're there, then their research is focused on the history of combat (not war).

That said, their Pokémon team includes their beloved Cofagrigus, as well as Relicanth and Sigilyph.

Physical Description

Sunny is very obviously trans masc, though they're quick to remind anyone who makes the mistake that they are not at all a boy. They're very slim, with a slight frame, but they've got a bit of muscle. They don't come off as being an academic.

They have a lot of light scars all over their body from all the fights they've picked, with some more prominent ones on their face. They have difficulty sitting still.

Sunny typically wears light clothing, and tries to dress comfortably for their research. They're outdoorsy, but they also try to be slutty, too. You never know if you're gonna wanna fight someone who looks strong and also hot, you know?
